PAYMENT + DEPOSIT POLICIES

There is a 50% deposit due upon booking. This deposit is non-refundable and is required to hold your date/time slot. The remaining balance + any hair/makeup fee is due at the time of your session.

We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Check, Debit/Credit Cards through PayPal, Venmo and PayPal Credit (check it you - you can get 6 months no interest ;) 

All payments must be made in full before the final delivery of your gallery or product.

 

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our service and products, Femme Art does not offer returns or refunds. We will do everything we can to make sure you are satisfied with your experience and products.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event that you need to reschedule or cancel your session, we request that you provide at least 48 hours notice.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is extremely important to us. Images will not be shared with any person other than the client (and anyone the client chooses to share them with), the photographer and our private female editor. Images will be delivered to the client in a private password protected online gallery. If the client chooses to share her images on our website/social media and other marketing materials, we will require that she sign a legal release form giving us the right to do so.
